Mark Harris, Senior Vice President and General Manager

 

Mark is responsible for the business operations in support of delivering secure, high-value transactional documents to help our clients grow their business. Mark has more than 30 years of experience with Harland Clarke Holdings, its affiliates and legacy companies in various leadership capacities, including marketing, sales, business development, product management, mergers and acquisitions, operations, account management, national accounts and partnership management.  Mark has also served in leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies, First Data and Fiserv.

 

Serving on the Document Solutions Leadership Team, Mark is focused on advancing Harland Clarke and NCP Solutions’ shared commitment to client satisfaction, quality and process excellence.

 

Mark is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.

Richard Martin, Vice President, Harland Clarke Marketing Services, Print and Production Operations

 

Richard is responsible for all Print and production and support staff for Harland Clarke Marketing Services (HCMS) operations to include NCP Solutions.  Employed with Harland Clarke for 39 years, Richard’s direct responsibility for the past five years has been the management of HCMS print and production network. Previously, Richard held positions as Plant Manager; Area Manager; Director, Plant Operations; Vice President, West Region Print; Director, Key Staff Projects; and Vice President, Process Quality.

 

Richard is married and has two children.

Joseph Tetstone, Senior Vice President, Sales and Client Relations

 

A 30 year veteran of the print and mail industry, Joseph has built a career on helping financial service providers solve key business communication challenges. Serving more than 25 years with NCP Solutions, Joseph has held various management roles in Client Services, Client Relations and Sales, where his leadership and client focus have been instrumental in delivering transactional document solutions and exceptional service levels.

 

Joseph currently oversees the company’s Sales, Marketing, and Key Account Management organizations. Through his leadership, industry knowledge and dedication to service excellence, Joseph is responsible for driving growth in NCP’s core vertical markets, developing strategic alliances, and most importantly, providing world-class customer experiences.
